Retail POS System

Provisions of a turn key solution right from new store setup where it involves hardware provisioninig, project management and coordination, cabling, POS equipment configuration and installation right to the closing of store.
Day to day maintenance support of the POS system and on-going ad-hoc support for the store like new store setup, pop-up, relocation and store rennovation project.


Provision of warm body resource to be based at the client office to cater for the day to day IT Maintenance support for the users. We are able to cater for multiple kind of resource skillset right from desktop engineer to network consultant.
On top of this, we also provide resources to cater for short term project requirement like PC refresh/deployment, office relocation and etc.

Project Management

We provide a project management office for every program we undertake to ensure proper governance and processes are adhere to. A governance structure with Strategic, Tactical and Operational level will be setup to ensure quality and consistency in executing the program.

Warranty Support

With the remote desk, we are able to provide the warranty coordination services on behalf of the customer. Warranty ticket will be logged to the hardware principal and we will own the incident to ensure the repair is done accordingly to the underlying OLA you have with the principal or the business unit.
